Big Acquisitions and Antitrust are increasingly abundant in today’s SaaS Landscape. As Big Tech continues to charge, we can only plan to see more big partnerships, and Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn has recently introduced a new bill that majorly revamps policing standards for Big Tech Antitrust laws. The $27.7 billion merger is Salesforce’s largest to date. Software, CRM, Team software… Sounds like someone we know. Many sources think this is a direct move to play in Microsoft’s playground which is funny because Slack filed an antitrust complaint against Microsoft last year. |
