It’s hard to top the classic leftover sandwich, but sometimes you’re just looking for something…a little more. Please note that we have yet to try any of these recipes, so we’ll let you be the test pilots.

  • Try a taste of Utah’s cranberry & pickle pie. Sweet and savory? We guess?
  • Whip up a pumpkin pie milkshake. Honestly, this is one that we could 100% get on board with.
  • Go all-out with a leftover sides cake. This has the potential to be good, dependent on what’s hanging around in your fridge.
  • Don’t let that turkey carcass go to waste and make a batch of bone broth. Bonus points: it’s packed with protein and amino acids that can be helpful for nursing that hangover.
